About the Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic Trainee Lettings Negotiator to join our dynamic team. No previous experience in lettings is required. Full training and ongoing support will be provided, giving you the opportunity to develop your skills and progress within a successful and growing company.
Responsibilities
- Market properties to potential tenants
- Arrange and conduct property viewings
- Negotiate offers
- Agree new tenancies
- Generate new leads through canvassing, door knocking, and leaflet dropping
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with Landlords and Tenants
- Continue your training and development, with close support from your mentor
Requirements
- Must have access to your own vehicle
- Full UK Driving Licence must be for a manual or automatic car
- Provide proof of business insurance for your vehicle before starting
- If you voluntarily leave the role within the first 12 months, you may be required to reimburse the company for training costs.
