About the Role

This role offers an opportunity to grow as a high-value software expert in safety-critical AI mobility systems, with exposure to the full development lifecycle from concept to SOP.

Responsibilities

  • Design scalable and robust software architectures for ADAS ECUs.
  • Optimize SoC/MPU resource allocation and manage integration components.
  • Define AUTOSAR-based architectures (Classic & Adaptive) and optimize services.
  • Integrate safety (ISO 26262) and cybersecurity (ISO 21434) mechanisms.
  • Translate customer requirements into software specifications and module designs.
  • Ensure ASPICE compliance and support CI/CD-based build and test environments.
  • Collaborate with hardware and system teams to define interfaces and resolve dependencies.
  • Conduct feasibility studies and technical risk assessments to maintain quality standards.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in automotive embedded software with hands-on ECU architecture design (preferably ADAS/domain controllers), including modular and layered architectures.
  • Strong proficiency in Classic and/or Adaptive AUTOSAR, including MCAL, ECU abstraction, services, RTE, OS, and communication stack, with experience in configuration and integration.
  • Experience in SoC/MPU-based resource optimization (CPU, memory, bandwidth, latency) and integration across software components, middleware, and drivers.
  • Experience integrating safety (ISO 26262) and cybersecurity (ISO 21434) principles into system architecture.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated build/test environments for quality assurance and traceability.
  • Strong collaboration with hardware/BSW teams to address HW–SW integration and low-level constraints.
  • Proven ability in feasibility analysis, technical risk assessment, and trade-off decision-making across project lifecycle.
