About the Role

In this position, you will be responsible for organizing issues and requirements in collaboration with each business department, primarily for internal operations. You will design, develop, and operate business applications and workflows using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps/Power Automate). You will also collect and analyze necessary data from various information sources to propose optimal solutions. This includes analyzing business requirements and functional specifications, and consistently handling design, development, testing, implementation, operational support, and improvements/feature additions. You will drive the development of integrated solutions based on robust system architecture in a multi-tier environment, working closely with TD SYNNEX's business units.

Responsibilities

Analyze business requirements across multiple business domains and evaluate application software and package products.
Design and improve processes and operational procedures to solve business challenges.
Develop and configure application components and system integration interfaces.
Coordinate and schedule change control and verification processes in the production environment, and create related documentation.
Ensure development and configuration comply with internal standards, address system integration issues, and manage artifact versions.
Develop business applications in compliance with architecture standards, development methodologies, and best practices.
Develop test plans, verify unit and integration test results, and conduct regression and integration testing.
Promote projects and support system implementation and operation in collaboration with other IT departments.
Translate requirements into system designs, perform impact analysis, create detailed design documents, and manage artifact versions.
Perform other related duties as assigned by the company.

Requirements

3-5 years of practical experience in system development or application development.
Experience leading multiple phases including requirements definition, design, development, and operation.
Experience utilizing workflow/low-code development tools such as kintone, not limited to Power Platform.
Business-level Japanese proficiency (required).
Basic English reading and writing skills.
Logical and clear communication skills.
Ability to create presentation materials for stakeholders and explain them.
Ability to autonomously drive tasks with minimal direction.
Ability to quickly learn new systems and technologies.
