About the Role
Ferrovial Construction is seeking a Project Controls Engineer to support infrastructure projects at Heathrow Airport, focusing on performance, cost, and risk management according to contract requirements.
Responsibilities
- Provide support on a portfolio of projects to obtain and report performance, cost, and risks according to contract requirements and works information.
- Support the development of project baselines across scope, time, cost, and risk, including schedule updates, forecasts to complete, variance identification and explanation, opportunities for improvement, and earned value management.
- Assist in elaborating and reporting dashboards and forecasts.
- Coordinate with different departments to verify and assure the quality of information.
Requirements
- Ability to perform assignments independently with supervision and guidance as needed.
- Ability to deliver timely, high-quality reports.
- Good level of proactivity and a problem-solving attitude.
- Good relationship skills with other departments/functions.
- Good knowledge of measuring civil engineering works.
- Experience in Project Controls is preferable.
- Understanding of NEC4 contracts is preferable.
