About the Role

Isomorphic Labs is seeking an exceptional builder and strategic problem solver to supercharge how our People Team delivers value to the business. As a Program Manager, you will bring structure to ambiguity, managing complex People Team initiatives from hands-on content creation through to meticulous execution and capacity planning. Your ability to connect data points, foster cross-functional collaboration, and guide teams through organizational change will ensure our workforce remains agile, supported, and perfectly aligned with our ambitious scaling goals.

Responsibilities

  • Drive end-to-end planning and delivery for strategic People initiatives, implementing structured delivery methodologies, agile practices, and transparent milestone tracking.
  • Build and maintain capacity models across the People Team, balancing workload distribution and reallocating focus as business priorities evolve.
  • Systematically assess operational practices, pinpoint bottlenecks, and design scalable frameworks that allow the People team to execute smoothly at pace.
  • Collaborate deeply with People Partners, People Operations, and key departmental leaders to define program scopes, uncover workforce needs, and align solutions with wider company objectives.
  • Author clear, engaging, and highly articulate content for rollouts and internal programs, adapting the tone for an audience of world-class scientists, engineers, and operational leads.
  • Proactively identify project interdependencies, surface potential blockers early, and steer teams through changing circumstances while protecting delivery timelines.
  • Act as a steadying presence during organizational transitions, leveraging coaching principles and active facilitation to help teams navigate change and adopt new working norms.
  • Establish meaningful metrics for People programs, evaluating their overall organizational impact to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Substantial track record managing complex projects and organizational change initiatives within high-velocity, research-driven, or technical environments.
  • Solid grounding in core HR disciplines and organizational development, paired with a passion for designing modern, human-centered workplace programs.
  • High comfort interpreting workforce metrics and qualitative feedback to model capacity, identify organizational trends, and validate project success.
  • Proven ability to bring order to fluid, evolving environments - establishing clear roadmaps while maintaining the agility to pivot when needed.
  • Exceptional writing and storytelling skills, capable of translating intricate organizational concepts into clear, engaging materials that build trust.
  • Experience facilitating cross-functional workshops, guiding peers through problem-solving sessions, and building alignment across diverse technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Skilled at building and tracking multifaceted delivery plans from scratch, managing dependencies, and driving projects reliably across the finish line.
  • Genuine curiosity about artificial intelligence, computational biology, and a desire to deeply understand the scientific community you support.
