About the Role
Lead media planning for a globally recognized toy brand, leveraging strategic thinking, human insight, data, and technology to shape integrated campaigns. Serve as a trusted client partner, translating business challenges into clear media recommendations and guiding a talented team.
Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day account management, ensuring high standards in media planning, client service, and strategic delivery.
- Build trusted relationships with senior clients through clear advice and a collaborative partnership.
- Own the end-to-end planning process, ensuring strategic foundations and alignment with client priorities.
- Guide integrated campaigns across channels including out-of-home, audio-visual media, and partnerships.
- Support annual planning and client growth by identifying opportunities to enhance work and the partnership.
- Coach and support planning managers, fostering learning and consistent delivery of strong work.
- Oversee timelines, budgets, forecasting, reporting, and invoicing for effective campaign execution.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of media strategy, planning principles, and channel roles in integrated plans.
- Proven experience building credible, collaborative relationships with senior clients.
- Ability to clearly communicate recommendations.
- Skill in translating audience, business, and performance insights into focused strategies and compelling narratives.
- Clear written, verbal, and presentation skills, with confidence in facilitating discussions and simplifying complex ideas.
- Supportive leadership approach with the ability to provide direction, constructive feedback, and development opportunities.
- Strong organization and judgment for coordinating workstreams, priorities, and stakeholders.
- Curious, solutions-focused mindset with an interest in improving work, contributing to agency life, and building industry relationships.
