About the Role

EF London International Language Campus is seeking an enthusiastic and outgoing individual to join our Activities & Events Team as Activity Leader. In this role, you will lead activities, events and tours, while creating an unforgettable experience for our international students. This is a great opportunity to develop leadership skills in a fun and multicultural environment.

Responsibilities

• Creates a lively atmosphere in school and during excursions, delivering excellent customer service.
• Leads groups of international students on a variety of activities and day trips.
• Takes responsibility for the health and safety of all students, including completing and adhering to risk assessments and emergency situations.
• Researches excursion destinations, leads guided tours, and provides interesting information and facts to students.
• Liaises with co-leaders and management to discuss improvements and provides handover after each activity or event.
• Attends and assists with large events.
• Ensures the EF Student Code of Conduct is followed by all students and informs management of any issues.
• Helps out with other departments and general customer service duties as required.

Requirements

• Highly motivated, energetic, and positive with a sociable, outgoing personality.
• Confident in leading and managing groups of students.
• Highly organised and thorough, able to use initiative and work unsupervised.
• Ability to handle difficult situations with ease and remain calm under pressure.
• Customer service minded and quality oriented.
• Awareness and appreciation of cultural differences.
• Excellent communicator with students, colleagues, and external clients.
• Flexible approach to work and hours of work.
• Fluency in English.
• All offers are subject to a clear enhanced DBS check and two references.
• Right to work in the UK at commencement of employment.
