About the Role

As a Personal Trainer at Virgin Active, you will shape lifestyles, build confidence, and play a direct role in changing lives by delivering exceptional coaching. This role is part of a social wellness club model where movement, recovery, connection, and community come together.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional one-to-one and small group personal training sessions
• Design intelligent, personalised programmes aligned to each member’s goals and lifestyle
• Build meaningful relationships that drive long-term engagement and results
• Grow your client base through proactive member interaction, experiences and referrals
• Create standout fitness experiences that elevate the club environment
• Collaborate with club teams to deliver a seamless, premium member journey
• Track progress and continuously evolve your approach to maximise impact
• Represent Virgin Active with energy, credibility and professionalism
• Deliver HYROX-inspired training sessions and programmes
• Support members in preparing for competitive fitness events
• Be part of a globally recognised performance movement
• Build a niche and grow your client base within functional and performance training
• Opportunities to deliver Group Exercise classes including Strength & Conditioning and Reformer Pilates

Requirements

• REPS Level 3 or CIMSPA equivalent (for Expert Personal Trainer)
• CIMSPA Level 3 Personal Training qualification (for Elite Personal Trainer)
• Virgin Active Level 4 Nutrition qualification (for Elite Personal Trainer)
• Established, high-performing PT ready to operate at a premium level (for Elite Personal Trainer)
• Building your PT career and ready to establish a strong client base (for Expert Personal Trainer)

• £17.30—£28.84 GBP per hour
