About the Role

Securitas is seeking a dedicated Head of Mobile Security Services to drive strategic development of existing customer accounts and sustainable acquisition of new customers for their mobile security services.

Responsibilities

• Responsibility for the service portfolio of mobile security services and the successful implementation of integrated security solutions.
• Leadership and further development of supervisors and team leaders in the regional area of responsibility.
• Ensuring strategic, operational, and financial business objectives, including budget, revenue, and profit responsibility.
• Development and implementation of sales strategies for existing customer development and sustainable new customer acquisition.
• Support and expansion of long-term customer relationships in close cooperation with internal specialist departments.
• Analysis and management of relevant key figures to ensure quality, productivity, and profitability.
• Promotion and development of employees and implementation of strategic measures to increase employee satisfaction.

Requirements

• Completed commercial, technical, or vocational training; a degree is advantageous.
• Several years of management experience as a department head, branch manager, operations manager, or in a comparable leadership role.
• Experience in the security industry, security services, facility management, or a comparable service-oriented organization is advantageous.
• Sound knowledge in managing budgets, economic key figures, and in revenue and profit responsibility.
• Strong leadership, communication, and motivational skills, as well as enjoyment in developing employees.
• High customer and service orientation combined with excellent consulting and negotiation skills.
• Analytical and entrepreneurial mindset, as well as confident handling of key figures and business intelligence tools.
