Our friendly logistics team is looking for reinforcement to ensure children in schools and daycares receive good, organic certified food every day.

Accepting and checking food and goods deliveries
Verifying deliveries for quantity, quality, temperature, and integrity
Properly storing food and consumables, observing the cold chain
Ensuring punctual and complete goods preparation
Monitoring and documenting inventory levels
Tracking expiration dates and consistently applying the FIFO principle
Conducting regular stock checks and inventories
Assisting with goods ordering and reporting stock shortages
Adhering to our hygiene, HACCP, and quality standards
Ensuring cleanliness and order in the warehouse, cold storage areas, and workstations
Close coordination with kitchen, production, purchasing, and logistics
Supporting general logistical and organizational tasks in daily operations

Ideally, initial professional experience in warehousing, logistics, or the food sector
Experience handling food and knowledge of HACCP and hygiene regulations are advantageous
Understanding of goods receiving, warehousing, and order picking
Careful, structured, and reliable work approach
Strong quality and hygiene awareness
Physical resilience and enjoyment of a hands-on role
Good organizational skills and the ability to maintain an overview even with high goods volume
Teamwork and communication skills for collaboration with kitchen, production, purchasing, and logistics
Responsible handling of food and goods
Willingness to work early hours, aligning with school and daycare catering schedules
Good German language skills for team coordination and reading delivery documents
