About the Role
As a competent specialist advisor, you will share your knowledge with our customers and support them in their purchasing decisions. You will also be responsible for restocking, plant care, and creative presentation of our product range.
Responsibilities

- Provide fresh stock for the area.
- Sort and care for plants in the sales area, including pruning.
- Creatively and emotionally present the product range.
- Operate the cash register and manage cash closing.
Requirements
- Good knowledge of trees and plants, including care and pruning.
- Willingness to expand knowledge; relevant knowledge will be provided on-site.
- Passion for advising and selling to customers.
- Enjoy designing and decorating sales areas.
- Friendly and reliable demeanor.
- Team player.
- Willingness to work regularly on weekends.
