About the Role
Merch my Day is looking for a People & Culture Manager (m/f/d) in part-time for Berlin to actively shape and develop our employees and company culture. We are a young, growing company focused on high-quality brand merchandise for artists, companies, and personalities, combining creative visions with smart e-commerce.
Responsibilities
- Support the implementation of the HR strategy, from recruiting to onboarding and talent development.
- Implement and further develop HR processes, policies, and systems for a growing company.
- Operational execution and assumption of internal personnel administration processes in close cooperation with the Finance department.
- Build and maintain a modern, positive company culture that excites and retains employees.
- Advise and support managers on personnel matters, employee discussions, and conflict resolution.
- Support the planning and execution of personnel development measures, workshops, and training.
- Analyze HR key figures and derive measures to optimize employee satisfaction and performance.
Requirements
- Completed degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or comparable qualification.
- Several years of experience in HR, ideally in personnel administration.
- Sound knowledge of labor law, recruiting, administration, and personnel development.
- Experience with HR software and digital tools.
- Strong communication skills and empathy.
- Strategic thinking, hands-on mentality, and enjoyment in building structures in a growing company.
