- Build and maintain accurate customer-level demand forecasts using FutureMaster and advanced Excel models.
- Apply advanced statistical forecasting methods and quantitative analysis to optimize baseline forecasts.
- Translate customer-specific market intelligence and network changes into demand planning cycles.
- Design, track, and share collaborative KPIs including Forecast Accuracy, Bias, OTIF, OSA, and Customer Inventory WoS.
- Conduct deep-dive data analysis on inventory flow, safety stock, and service level failures to identify root causes.
- Document and quantify financial benefits from the CPFR pilot to build a business case for a permanent CPFR function.
- Collaborate with demand planning, Sales, Key Account Managers, and Logistics to integrate customer promotions and launch volumes into S&OP/S&OE cycles.
- Provide data-backed insights on customer-specific demands during internal S&OP alignment meetings.
- Cover for the demand planner during absences or holidays.
