About the Role
Cleveland Clinic London is seeking a Multi-skilled Shift Engineer to perform installation and maintenance engineering tasks for reactive, planned, corrective, and project works within a brand-new high-acuity environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support in designated discipline(s) including Competent & Authorised Person duties.
- Liaise with specialist sub-contractors and obtain quotes when required.
- Identify required materials and liaise with designated suppliers to obtain quotations for approval.
- Take responsibility for all assigned works, ensuring completion within SLA and providing timely updates.
- Communicate effectively with the shift lead, Estates supervisor, and Estates & Facilities management team regarding critical or business impacting tasks.
- Utilize the mobile working device to accurately capture time for each task and provide detailed notes.
- Act as an escort for contractors on site on behalf of the management team.
- Provide quotes with all material costs to the Supervisor for submission/approval.
- Ensure all maintenance tasks on building plant, equipment, and systems meet or exceed expectations and SLAs.
- Carry out fault identification, rectification, and escalation for fabric issues and M&E systems (electrical, heating, ventilation, air conditioning).
Requirements
- Completion of a full Apprenticeship programme.
- Minimum requirement for C&G Level 3 Mechanical or Electrical discipline qualification.
- CSCS or relevant Trade Card.
- Strong understanding and experience of Electrical, Mechanical, Plumbing, HVAC systems.
- Computer literacy with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office or equivalent.
- Previous experience of CAFM Systems.
- Demonstrable experience within a similar position.

Salary/Compensations
- £44,000 + £4,000 Shift Allowance
