About the Role
The Gemeindepsychiatrische Verbund und seine Arbeitsprojekte (GPVA) of the Hoffnungstaler Stiftung Lobetal is represented in Berlin with two residential facilities, a therapeutic shared living community, and two employment day centers (BTS) for people with mental health challenges. We are seeking your collaboration in the residential facility in Berlin - Charlottenburg Nord, near Richard-Wagner-Platz, as soon as possible.
Responsibilities
- Support and promotion in coping with daily life, finding and maintaining a daily structure
- Support with job and employment search
- Appropriate handling of illness, crises, relapses
- Creation of support plans and documentation
- Coordination of all necessary personal services
Requirements
- Completed studies as a social worker, social pedagogue (m/f/d) or equivalent qualifications
- Experience or desire for professionally sound interaction with mentally ill people
- Curiosity about the life stories of our clients
- Acceptance of and professional handling of self-endangerment and endangerment of others
- Service design according to the needs of the supported people in coordination with the team (daytime shift work)
- Interest in personal development, including through supervision, further training, and continuing education

Salary/Compensations
- Minimum €4,345.08 monthly gross (full-time) plus shift allowances
- Annual special payment (equivalent to one month's salary)
