About the Role

Provide high-quality, person-centered care to clients in their own homes, supporting individuals with complex conditions to stay safe, independent, and connected to their communities.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • 6 months nursing experience within the last 2 years (UK based)
  • Actively registered on the NMC
  • Experience with personal care, medication, and manual handling
  • Comfortable working in a 1:1 setting
  • Willing to learn new skills and undertake complex care training
  • Ability to provide high-quality care with compassion and professionalism

Skills
