Provide high-quality, person-centered care to clients in their own homes, supporting individuals with complex conditions to stay safe, independent, and connected to their communities.
Responsibilities
- Provide personal care
- Assist with moving and handling
- Support with clinical interventions
- Enrich client quality of life via community interaction
- Support clients in achieving their goals/aspirations
Requirements
- 6 months nursing experience within the last 2 years (UK based)
- Actively registered on the NMC
- Experience with personal care, medication, and manual handling
- Comfortable working in a 1:1 setting
- Willing to learn new skills and undertake complex care training
- Ability to provide high-quality care with compassion and professionalism
Skills
- Tracheostomy care
- Ventilation support
- Enteral feeding (PEG)
- Spinal injury care
- Neurological conditions
- Medication management

- £28.37 - £34.67 per hour (including holiday pay)
