About the Role

As an administrator in insolvency-related payment transactions, you will support the professional handling of all financial process steps within insolvency proceedings. Your main tasks include opening, managing, maintaining, and closing procedural accounts, processing all payment transactions (online or manual), digital and manual document filing, and supporting insolvency administrators with payment transaction organization.

Responsibilities

Opening, managing, maintaining, and closing procedural accounts
Processing all payment transactions (online or manual)
Digital and manual document filing and structured documentation
Supporting insolvency administrators with payment transaction organization in preliminary insolvency administration, opened insolvency proceedings, and discharge of residual debt phases
Managing PINs and TANs for various payment systems
Reviewing automated booking processes, especially identifying and correcting system errors
Quality assurance through continuous monitoring and meticulous review of system-automated booking processes for factual and calculation accuracy

Requirements

Precise, structured, and highly diligent work approach
Completed commercial apprenticeship
Excellent German language skills (written and spoken, min. C1 level)
Proficient use of modern office communication and standard software
Healthy skepticism towards automated system outputs and passion for in-depth error analysis
Professional experience in payment transactions, ideally in the insolvency sector is desirable
Experience with payment transaction software and administrator-specific software Winsolvenz p4 / LEXolution.DMS is advantageous
Willingness to learn, resilience, flexibility, and high commitment
Strong team skills and organizational talent
Very good understanding of digital processes and automated workflows
Reliability, affinity for numbers, and high accuracy
