About the Role

Social Match by We Are Era is a leading creator-centric digital agency in Germany, fostering relationships based on honesty, fairness, and long-term success. We create impactful and relevant stories for communities across all platforms, from TV productions to branded content on YouTube, Instagram, Twitch, and TikTok. We also support creators in developing their personal brand.

Responsibilities

• Research influencers across Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and other platforms.
• Contact influencers based on client preferences.
• Support strategy development, concept creation, and campaign execution.
• Create briefs, contracts, and campaign completion reports.
• Assist with presentations using PowerPoint and Google Slides.

Requirements

• Availability for six months with 40 hours per week.
• Must be an enrolled student to complete a mandatory internship, or have a completed degree in media or economics for a voluntary internship.
• Extensive knowledge of Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and influencer scene (beauty, sports, gaming).
• Analytical skills and strong understanding of Excel.
• Communication and organizational skills.
• Willingness to perform, learn, work independently, reflect, and collaborate in a team.
