About the Role
Social Match by We Are Era is a leading creator-centric digital agency in Germany, with over 120 employees across Cologne, Berlin, and Münster, as well as remote options. We focus on relationships built on honesty, fairness, and long-term success, avoiding mundane routines and rigid hierarchies.
Responsibilities
- Support the Influencer Campaign Management Team.
- Research influencers across Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and other platforms.
- Contact influencers based on client preferences.
- Assist with strategies, concepts, and campaign execution.
- Create briefings, contracts, and campaign completion reports.
- Contribute to presentations using PowerPoint and Google Slides.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Media or Business Administration, or a related field.
- Available to dedicate time to the influencer campaign universe alongside studies.
- Passionate about social media platforms like Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok, with a strong understanding of the influencer scene across various niches (e.g., beauty, sports, gaming).
- Possess analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic, willingness to learn, independence, self-reflection, and teamwork abilities.
