About the Role
Join a high-profile state-wide project delivering a modern Learning Management System and Student Management System (LMS/SMS) for the NSW Rural Fire Service. Working within Learning Design & Assurance, you’ll play a key role in preparing and improving critical training and workforce data to support system migration, reporting, training pathway mapping and operational readiness. You’ll collaborate closely with project teams, ICT, operational stakeholders and subject matter experts to help shape how volunteer and staff training is delivered and managed into the future.

Requirements
- Experience analyzing, cleansing, and validating data within operational or enterprise systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify trends, data issues, and process improvements.
- Understanding of the relationship between data insights, digital learning systems, and effective learning and development outcomes.
- Ability to build strong working relationships and collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Salary/Compensations
- $104,323 - $115,110 p.a. plus 12% superannuation
