About the Role
You'll work closely with the CEO and senior leadership team to shape the strategic agenda, drive business performance, and accelerate the delivery of the organization's most important priorities. Acting as a trusted extension of the CEO, you'll help focus attention on the opportunities, risks, and decisions that matter most, while maintaining oversight of key transformation programs and ensuring delivery remains on track. You'll play a central role in enhancing the effectiveness of the Executive Committee and broader leadership team, leading key governance activities and supporting Board, regulatory, and executive engagement. You'll also develop compelling narratives, briefings, and communications that clearly articulate business performance, strategic progress, and future ambition to colleagues, senior executives, and external stakeholders.
