Responsibilities
- Manage a large portfolio of audit clients.
- Lead valuable discussions with clients by maintaining and developing technical knowledge.
- Confidently discuss business challenges and needs with clients.
- Contribute fresh ideas and go beyond expectations.
Requirements
- Professional qualification (ACA, ICAS, CA, ACCA or CIPFA) with post-qualification experience.
- Experience managing audits of public sector bodies.
- Experience dealing with complex technical matters.
- Project management experience.
- Experience of IFRS and auditing listed companies would be beneficial.
Skills
- Excellent knowledge of UK GAAP / FRS102
- Extensive experience of using audit software and Microsoft packages
- Ability to confidently discuss business challenges and needs
- Interest in maintaining and developing technical knowledge
- Experience managing audits of public sector bodies
- Experience dealing with complex technical matters
- Project management experience
- Experience of IFRS and auditing listed companies
