About the Role
As a Working Student Content & Brand, you will define Sunpeak Capital's external image. You will be responsible for all content, from ideation and filming with our founder to publication, and will integrate our brand across all internal and external materials. This role offers significant creative freedom, providing the framework, tools, and trust to shape our brand's visibility.
Responsibilities
- Develop our brand identity, including its voice, visual appearance, and recognizability, in collaboration with the founders and ensure consistent application across all touchpoints (social media, investor materials, internal presentations).
- Own video content creation, including conceptualizing YouTube videos, podcasts, and social media formats, filming with the founder (setup, camera, sound, direction), and handling editing and post-production (motion graphics, subtitles, thumbnails).
- Independently manage our channels (YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn), including publishing, community management, and adapting long-form content into Reels and Shorts.
- Utilize leading AI tools for content generation and editing, with budget provided for tool selection.
- Proactively contribute own ideas by observing trends and formats, experimenting with new approaches, and potentially contributing to performance marketing campaigns, including editing ad creatives.
Requirements
- Possess a good eye for aesthetics and storytelling, with a desire to actively shape a brand rather than just follow instructions.
- Be an enrolled student, ideally with a focus on media, marketing, communication, or a related field.
- Have prior experience in video editing and be proficient with cameras, sound, and lighting equipment.
- Be curious about AI tools in content production and eager to experiment with them.
- Ideally, have an understanding of the mechanics and algorithms of YouTube and social media platforms (short-form and long-form).
- Work proactively, independently, and with a hands-on approach.
- Possess excellent German language skills and a strong sense for language and brand.
- Be available for at least 6 months and willing to work on-site at our Berlin office.
- Bonus: Knowledge in renewable energies, photovoltaics, battery storage, charging infrastructure, or energy markets, and willingness to appear on camera.
