About the Role
Sunpeak Capital is seeking a creative individual to shape its external presence. This role involves managing content from conception to publication, including video production and brand consistency across all materials, with significant creative freedom and necessary tools provided.
Responsibilities
- Develop the Sunpeak brand identity, including its voice, visual appearance, and recognizability, in collaboration with founders and ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
- Manage video content creation, including conceptualizing YouTube videos, podcasts, and social media formats.
- Conduct shoots with the founder, handling setup, camera, sound, and direction.
- Perform editing and post-production, including motion graphics, subtitles, and thumbnails.
- Independently manage and publish content on YouTube, Instagram, and LinkedIn, including community management and adapting long-form content into short-form formats.
- Utilize AI tools for content generation and editing, with budget provided for chosen tools.
- Proactively identify and experiment with new trends and formats in content creation.
- Contribute to performance marketing campaigns, including editing ad creatives, in the future.
- Actively shape brand and social media presence, influencing market perception.
Requirements
- Possess a strong aesthetic sense and storytelling ability, with a desire to actively shape a brand.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree, preferably in media, marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Prior experience in video editing and familiarity with camera, sound, and lighting equipment.
- Curiosity and willingness to experiment with AI tools for content production.
- Understanding of YouTube and social media dynamics, both short-form and long-form.
- Proactive, self-directed, and hands-on work ethic.
- Excellent German language skills with a strong sense for language and tone.
- Availability for a 3-6 month full-time internship.
- Willingness to work 5 days a week in the Berlin office.
- Knowledge of renewable energies, photovoltaics, battery storage, charging infrastructure, or energy markets is a plus.
- Willingness to appear on camera is a plus.
