About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager with experience in the Occupier Fit Out sector to lead and deliver Project Management commissions for high profile clients. You will ensure client objectives are met and projects are delivered to time, cost, and quality standards, while contributing to business growth through strong stakeholder relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Establish project success criteria, including time, cost, technical, and performance parameters.
  • Identify and communicate quality, safety, health, and environment issues to the appropriate line manager.
  • Set up effective project governance, processes, and systems.
  • Develop detailed project plans.
  • Advise on resource procurement.
  • Lead and facilitate the cross-functional project team.
  • Apply performance management techniques.
  • Manage the change control process.
  • Monitor and advise on project finances.
  • Manage the flow of project information between the team and the client through regular meetings and written communications.
  • Prepare formal project progress and other reports.
  • Interface with the client and other consultants at all project stages.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with existing and potential clients.
  • Assist in the preparation of bid proposals.

Requirements

  • Educated to degree level.
  • Holder of a construction/property related academic qualification.
  • Ideally professionally qualified in construction, project management, engineering, surveying, or architecture.
  • Experience in delivering CAT B office fit-out projects, preferably in a consultancy environment.
  • Delivery experience as day-to-day project lead.
  • Excellent project management skills, including planning, budgeting, monitoring, and reporting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • A proactive and problem-solving attitude, with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances and deliver under pressure.
  • A passion for delivering high-quality and innovative solutions for clients.
  • A commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
  • SOX control responsibilities may be part of this role.
