About the Role
We are looking for a project management Associate Director with experience in the Corporate Occupier sector to lead and deliver Project Management commissions for high profile clients. You will ensure client objectives are met and projects are delivered to time, cost, and quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Being part of Turner & Townsend’s occupier fit out team
- Leading project management commissions, taking responsibility for end-to-end service delivery
- Providing support on major project management commissions, taking responsibility for service delivery
- Establishing the overall success criteria for the project, including time, cost, technical and performance parameters
- Leading on compliance for quality, safety, health and environment issues on project commissions
- Leading on establishing effective project governance, processes and systems to be utilised throughout project
- Leading on project planning, including producing the detailed project plan
- Leading on advising upon the procurement of resources
- Leading and facilitating the overall cross-functional project team
- Leading on the monitoring and applying performance management techniques
- Leading and advising upon project finances
- Leading and advising on contract administration processes, claims resolution and disputes
- Managing the flow of project information between the team and the client, through regular meetings and written communications
- Preparing formal project progress and other reports
- Taking a leading role in interfacing with the client and other consultants, at all project stages
- Leading on bids, responsible for business development and managing a small team
Requirements
- Experience at Associate Director level
- Experience of delivering CAT B office projects
- Delivered and lead teams on schemes in excess of 60,000 sqft
- SOX control responsibilities may be part of this role, which are to be adhered to where applicable.
