About the Role
HELLO! is seeking a dynamic Social Media Coordinator to drive performance across major social platforms, focusing on audience growth, engagement, traffic, and revenue while building vibrant communities.
Responsibilities
- Post and schedule content across all HELLO! social channels, optimizing for each platform.
- Drive growth, engagement, and revenue KPIs across Instagram, Facebook, X, YouTube, and Snapchat.
- Create and execute platform-specific content strategies to boost reach, followers, and community interaction.
- Ensure social content aligns with editorial priorities, commercial goals, and brand values.
- Monitor real-time trends and breaking news for fast, reactive social coverage in collaboration with the newsroom.
- Utilize social analytics and scheduling tools (Dash Hudson, Echobox) to optimize performance and reporting.
- Collaborate with editorial, video, and commercial teams to maximize traffic and monetization opportunities.
- Analyze social data to inform best practices, testing, and innovation.
Requirements
- Proven experience leading social strategy and execution for a major media brand or publisher.
- Demonstrable success meeting or exceeding social revenue and engagement targets.
- Attach a cover letter detailing interest in the role and relevant experience.
Skills
- Expert understanding of Snapchat, YouTube, and Facebook monetization models.
- Proficiency in Dash Hudson and Echobox.
