About the Role
We are looking for you as a freelance support for a customer project from September to November 2026.
Responsibilities
- Revision and completion of complex WBT screenplays on information security
- Target group-oriented preparation and didactic structuring of extensive technical content
- Creation of speaker texts, screen texts, and other learning content
- Conception of didactically meaningful exercises, knowledge checks, and interactions
- Coordination with project management, subject matter experts, and other project participants, as well as provision of interim results
Requirements
- Several years of experience in the conception of digital learning media, especially WBTs and interactive learning modules
- Very good skills in didactic structuring, text condensation, and in the creation of speaker and screen texts, learning objectives, and exercises
- Strong understanding of interactive page types and subsequent technical implementation
- Knowledge in the field of information security, IT security, or comparable technical-regulatory topics
- Industry experience in the security and defense industry
