About the Role

In this role, you will take on a key position in building our Zurich location. You will not only shape a new team but also actively develop it, foster talent, and create an environment where collaboration and excellence go hand in hand. Simultaneously, you will be close to the operational business: you will lead customer projects, manage onboardings, keep an overview of project status and reporting, and work closely with management and our product development. With your deep understanding of the Swiss financial industry, you will recognize the needs of our customers and translate them into tailor-made solutions on our platform. You combine a strategic view with a hands-on mentality – and have the ambition not only to steer things but to actively shape and advance them.

Responsibilities

Disciplinary leadership as well as further development and expansion of the new team in Zurich
Promotion and development of employees and building a strong team spirit
Responsibility for project status, reporting, and coordination with management
Leadership of onboarding projects for new customers and management of ongoing customer projects
Very good understanding of the individual needs of our Swiss customers and development of tailor-made solutions
Contact person for project members with various professional backgrounds (Investment Management, Controlling, Accounting, IT, etc.)
Close collaboration with the development department for the conception of new functions for the platform
Active design and optimization of work processes within the team
Active participation in daily operations and enjoyment of hands-on work

Requirements

Successfully completed studies in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Business Informatics, Financial Mathematics, or a comparable qualification
Several years of practical experience in the financial industry, tax consulting, auditing, consulting, or banking
Experience in building and leading teams
Experience in leading and managing projects
Very good knowledge and sound experience in the Swiss financial industry
Experience in product management
Distinct understanding of different asset classes and accounting
Affinity for new technologies
Confident use of MS Office, especially Excel
High motivation, quick comprehension, and pronounced hands-on mentality
Fluent German and English language skills
