About the Role
Join our award-winning Legal Operations Advisory team within the Digital Legal Delivery practice and help clients reimagine great legal service. We are seeking professionals at Senior Manager, Manager, and Senior Analyst levels to advise clients on optimizing their legal functions through technology and AI adoption.
Responsibilities
- Advise clients on optimizing the operational effectiveness of their legal functions and achieving strategic goals, including through technology and AI adoption.
- Support clients with end-to-end project design and delivery within multidisciplinary teams.
- Design and facilitate workshops to translate complex concepts into practical client solutions.
- Develop client-facing solutions, staying current with AI and emerging technology trends.
- Apply legal engineering principles to translate legal and business requirements into digital solutions.
- Build strong client relationships and drive business development aligned with market needs.
- Drive strategic initiatives to advance the Legal Operations Advisory strategy and firm ambitions.
- Share expertise and foster a culture of continuous learning and inclusion.
Requirements
- Experience in legal operations or transformation with a strong track record in end-to-end project delivery.
- Knowledge and expertise in legal operating model design, process improvement, resourcing strategy, and legal technology and AI.
- Confidence navigating the legal technology and AI landscape.
- Solid data analysis and visualisation skills.
- Expertise in change management and design thinking, with the ability to simplify complex problems.
- Experience in legal engineering, including designing and implementing technology-enabled solutions.
- Strong relationship management skills.
- Ability to identify and pursue business development opportunities.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and produce compelling client-facing materials.
