About the Role
Knight Frank's London Sales department seeks an experienced Sales Manager for their St John's Wood office. This role focuses on managing properties up to £4m and requires a proactive individual familiar with the St Johns Wood and North London/PCL property markets. The ideal candidate will excel at leading market appraisals, negotiating offers, developing sales strategies, and managing buyer relationships.
Responsibilities
- Secure property instructions within company guidelines to achieve business targets.
- Establish and maintain a strong local presence to secure introductions to potential clients.
- Source buyers, conduct viewings, and negotiate property sales.
- Maintain clear and efficient communication with all stakeholders for professional business management.
- Stay responsive to local market changes and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Oversee the smooth and efficient administration of business operations.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the sales market and a thorough awareness of competitors.
- Conduct precise research and present findings to a high professional standard.
- Build lasting relationships with clients, ensuring trust, confidentiality, and the firm’s professional image are upheld.
- Take responsibility for delegated management tasks with accountability.
Requirements
- A minimum of 4 years’ experience in roles such as Assistant Sales Manager, Sales Manager (Department Head), or Valuer.
- Familiarity with the London property market is highly desirable.
- Proven ability to lead market appraisals.
- Proven ability to negotiate offers/transactions.
- Proven ability to develop a robust sales strategy.
- Proven ability to efficiently manage buyer relationships.
