About the Role

Transform fragmented data, spreadsheets, registers and reporting processes into efficient, reliable and auditable solutions that improve accuracy, traceability and consistency. Improve reporting, streamline workflows and ensure critical information is accurate, auditable, accessible and trusted across the programme using analytical skills and digital expertise.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain reporting, governance information and auditable records using advanced Microsoft tools.
  • Establish a single source of truth for assurance activities and evidence-based reporting.
  • Maintain and improve trackers, registers, dashboards and reports.
  • Coordinate actions and support governance and assurance activities across the programme.

Requirements

  • Degree in Engineering, Data Analytics, Information Management or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Experience working within complex projects, engineering, construction or programme environments is highly advantageous.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively to deadlines.
  • A self-motivated and proactive approach.
  • Ability to operate effectively outside a dedicated digital team, take ownership of problems and continuously improve processes.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly and concisely to a range of audiences.
  • Must submit both a CV and a cover letter.
  • Must declare any current or potential conflicts of interest in the cover letter.
  • Must complete a practical assessment evaluating proficiency in Microsoft Excel, data management, data analysis and reporting.
  • Must complete security vetting to a minimum Counter Terrorist Check (CTC) level.
  • Residency requirements may apply for vetting eligibility.

Salary/Compensations

  • circa £40,000 per annum
