About the Role

CoStar Group is a leading global provider of commercial and residential real estate information, analytics, and online marketplaces. This role will own B2B marketing strategy and execution in the UK across CoStar Group, CoStar, and LoopNet, ensuring CoStar Group is understood as the leading provider of digital real estate solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Define the UK marketing vision and strategy for CoStar Group, CoStar, and LoopNet in alignment with CoStar Group’s objectives.
  • Position CoStar Group as the macro-level platform bringing highly credible and effective solutions to commercial real estate professionals, leveraging shared data and technology to create powerful advantages.
  • Position LoopNet as the UK and global leading commercial online marketplace.
  • Position CoStar as the UK and global leader in commercial real estate intelligence and LoopNet as the leading UK commercial property marketplace.
  • Partner with Product, Sales, and Research to develop go-to-market strategies that prioritize target audiences, sharpen value propositions, and accelerate customer adoption and expansion.
  • Develop and oversee joint CoStar and LoopNet campaigns as well as stand-alone campaigns for each brand, applying the right approach to meet each brand’s distinct objectives and audiences.
  • Establish OKRs, KPIs and reporting frameworks to measure marketing’s impact on pipeline, revenue, and client engagement.
  • Leverage data driven insights to optimize marketing investment, ROI, and execution effectiveness.
  • Ensure customer and market feedback informs product marketing, sales enablement, and ongoing GTM strategy.
  • Material contribution to revenue growth through qualified pipeline, expansion revenue, and multi-product adoption across CoStar and LoopNet customer segments.
  • Improved sales efficiency, demonstrated by higher marketing sourced and marketing influenced pipeline contribution, reduced CAC, and improved win rates on CoStar led deals.
  • Stronger enterprise penetration, with marketing programs that measurably support larger deal sizes, longer-term contracts, and cross sell/upsell motion.
  • Clear, differentiated positioning for CoStar and LoopNet, consistently reflected across all GTM materials both brand-specific and joint.
  • Successful execution of major product launches and enhancements, with defined adoption targets, time-to-value improvements, and measurable post-launch performance.
  • Tight alignment with Product and Sales, evidenced by faster GTM readiness, stronger sales enablement usage, and improved field confidence in messaging.
  • Increased brand awareness and authority for CoStar Group, CoStar and LoopNet among commercial real estate decision-makers, tracked through awareness, consideration, and trust metrics.
  • Expanded thought leadership footprint, with CoStar consistently cited as the definitive source for real estate insights across media, industry forums, and executive audiences.
  • Clear narrative leadership in priority sectors, reinforcing CoStar’s role as the industry standard through research-led content, events, executive visibility, and strategic partnerships.
  • High performing, scalable marketing organization with strong bench strength, clear accountability, and low-regretted attrition.
  • Strong collaboration across Product, Sales, Research, and Marketing Services, with close day-to-day alignment with the VPs of CoStar Group, CoStar, and LoopNet Marketing in the US.
  • Elevated role of marketing as a strategic growth driver within the CoStar Group UK leadership team.
  • Recruit, develop, and retain a high performing, global marketing organization.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of progressive B2B marketing commercial real estate experience
  • 5+ years leading multi dimensional B2B marketing teams
  • Proven success leading largescale, marketing strategies for complex, data driven products.
  • Deep expertise in go-to-market planning, product marketing, demand generation, and enterprise sales enablement.
  • Strong business acumen with demonstrated ability to drive measurable commercial outcomes.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and executive level- stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience operating effectively within a highly matrixed organization.
  • Track record of long-term commitment and impact at prior organizations.
  • Strategic Vision: Ability to define and execute long-term strategies that balance innovation with commercial results.
  • Leadership & People Management: Proven ability to build and inspire teams.
  • Market Insight: Skilled at leveraging qualitative and quantitative data to anticipate market shifts.
  • Execution Excellence: Consistent record of delivering results through integrated, scalable programs.
  • Collaboration: Strong cross functional leadership in complex environments.
  • Experience marketing data, analytics, or intelligence platforms to professional services or enterprise audiences.
  • Passion for technology, data, and innovation.
  • Experience working closely with CEO/Founder and Executive Leadership in a founder-led or high-performance culture.
