Responsibilities

Provide exceptional client experience and satisfaction related to lending needs and solutions on an end-to-end basis.
Collaborate with bankers across functions and sponsor deals through credit risk to ensure identified risks are mitigated and credits fall within the Bank’s risk appetite.
Execute all lending activities in a timely manner, ensuring client satisfaction and high-quality analysis, management, and reporting of Credit, Market, Operational, and Compliance key risks.
Ensure the best interests of the client and the bank are in line with community expectations.
Deliver risk that balances business, customer, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

Proven experience within a Banking/Financial services industry.
Experience in a lending capacity.
Well-proven stakeholder management and influencing skills.
Solid communication skills.
