About the Role
The full-time Junior Sous Chef will support the daily operations of the Staff Dining kitchen, Bara, assisting in leading a high-performing culinary team to deliver quality meals and exceptional service. The role is responsible for overseeing food production, maintaining Crown’s standards and policies, and contributing to key financial, operational, and people objectives.

- Understanding of food safety standards and HACCP
- Flexible availability across 7 days
