About the Role

The PRES+ Advisory Services and Knowledge Manager will support the delivery of the Pacific Regional Economic Services Plus (PRES+) program by managing activities and advisers, overseeing the Tasking Note system, and developing knowledge management products for stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Implement the Tasking Note System, including developing and refining activity scopes and outputs, leading activity tracking and database management, and ensuring development priorities are incorporated.
  • Manage PRES+ Technical Advisers, including supporting recruitment, managing advisers throughout activities, and supporting Additional Service Orders (ASOs).
  • Support Communications, Visibility and Public Diplomacy efforts, including the PRES+ Communications Strategy and developing communications products.
  • Manage the PRES+ Hub (or replacement platform), ensuring timely uploads of tasking notes and deliverables, and developing knowledge products.
  • Support implementation of the Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) Framework, GEDSI Strategy and Climate Change Strategy as requested.

Requirements

  • 5+ years' experience in activity development, adviser management and/or operations management in international development, preferably in the Pacific.
  • Excellent written communication skills.
  • Experience developing knowledge products and/or communications strategies.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Experience working on donor-funded programs.
  • Understanding of international and multilateral donor systems.
  • Knowledge of GEDSI and climate change in development programs.
  • Excellent interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skills.
  • Strong change management, problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
