About the Role
You will work in partnership with clients on strategic realignments or the planning and implementation of comprehensive strategy and restructuring projects. You will take on operational implementation of specific topics with the team. As an experienced manager, you will create integrated financial plans, liquidity forecasts, and sound action plans. You will analyze, evaluate, and optimize business processes and support clients in realizing earnings improvement measures. In addition to client engagement, our consultants also contribute to the further development of Haselhorst Associates by advancing the consulting firm with interesting ideas and innovations, and by sharing methods and expertise within the team.
Responsibilities
- Work with clients on strategic realignments or the planning and implementation of comprehensive strategy and restructuring projects.
- Take on operational implementation of specific topics with the team.
- Create integrated financial plans, liquidity forecasts, and sound action plans.
- Analyze, evaluate, and optimize business processes.
- Support clients in realizing earnings improvement measures.
- Contribute to the further development of Haselhorst Associates.
- Share methods and expertise within the team.
- Take on sub-project leadership in a dynamic team.
- Challenge and support individual consultants.
- Act as an experienced point of contact for consultants.
Requirements
- Completed Master's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or comparable fields of study.
- Several years of professional experience in consulting as well as operational experience in industry.
- Experience in restructuring, reorganization, and strategy.
- Sound understanding of integrated financial planning and liquidity forecasts.
- Experience in Project Management Office and the development of comprehensive restructuring concepts.
- Commitment, performance orientation, flexibility, and high willingness to travel (DACH region, sometimes beyond).
- Initial experience in complex negotiation situations and in collaboration with shareholders, management, banks, and law firms.
- Fluent German and English, intercultural understanding, and strong communication skills.
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, especially Excel & PowerPoint.
