About the Role
Help shape the future of shopping experiences and deliver on the purpose of connecting people with products and experiences that enrich their lives. This role provides in-store merchandising support to retailers to meet shopper needs, including building displays, resetting shelves, and tracking inventory to maximize sales opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Build displays and end caps
- Reset shelves with product rotation
- Track inventory to ensure sales opportunities are maximized
Requirements
- Comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
- 18 years or older
- Able to perform physical work including moving, bending, standing, and lifting up to 50 lbs
- Reliable transportation to and from work location
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with clients, customers, and team members
- Interested in traveling within and outside of home state, with overnight hotel stays
- Motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
- Able to work independently and possess successful team building skills
- Ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
