About the Role

As the ServiceNow Platform Administrator, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day administration, support, and operational performance of the platform. This is a 12-month contract opportunity to work on a highly visible enterprise platform that supports service delivery across both technology and business teams, ensuring it remains secure, reliable, and well-governed.

Responsibilities

• Maintain platform health, availability, performance, and stability.
• Manage users, groups, roles, and security controls.
• Investigate incidents and platform issues, conduct root cause analysis, and implement sustainable solutions.
• Configure and maintain platform functionality including forms, workflows, business rules, and UI policies.
• Support platform upgrades, releases, and patch activities.
• Monitor compliance with security, governance, and operational standards.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate resolutions with internal teams and external partners.
• Provide expert advice and support to users and stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to automate, standardize, and improve platform processes.
• Support the ongoing evolution and continuous improvement of the ServiceNow platform.

Requirements

• Experience administering ServiceNow in a complex enterprise environment.
• Strong understanding of platform administration, security, and access management.
• Experience supporting multiple ServiceNow capabilities and modules.
• Hands-on experience configuring workflows, business rules, forms, and UI policies.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Experience managing incidents through to successful resolution.
• Ability to build effective relationships across technical teams, vendors, and business stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• A proactive mindset and strong attention to detail.
