About the Role
Lead the transformation of DevSecOps infrastructure within the Tax practice, integrating innovative solutions to enhance client support services, drive efficiency, and ensure security. This role involves leading large projects, innovating processes, and maintaining operational excellence while interacting with clients at a strategic level.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of DevSecOps strategies to enhance security and efficiency in tax innovation projects.
- Manage cloud infrastructure and deployment processes using Azure DevOps and Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS).
- Oversee continuous integration and deployment pipelines to streamline software delivery and minimize downtime.
- Utilize tools like GitHub or version control and project management to maintain project timelines.
- Implement security infrastructure and controls, including vulnerability assessments and incident remediation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and embrace change in security operations.
- Coach and mentor team members to foster a culture of learning and professional growth.
- Conduct risk evaluation and mitigation strategies to safeguard client data and systems.
- Promote the use of advanced technologies and methodologies to improve service excellence and client satisfaction.
- Troubleshoot system reliability issues and optimize performance using tools like DataDog and Log Analytics.
Requirements
- At least a Bachelor's degree.
- At least 6 years of experience.
