About the Role
The NRMA's Driver Training team is seeking an experienced Facilitator to join their team. This role involves facilitating the NSW Safer Drivers Course for Learners and road safety workshops for experienced drivers, aiming to make roads safer and equip learner drivers with confidence.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate NSW Safer Drivers Course for Learners with up to 12 participants on a regular basis
- Facilitate Road safety workshops for experienced drivers in the workplace
- Maximise the learning experience by delivering a highly engaging and professionally facilitated workshop and on road training
- Deliver high quality experience for a diverse range of industries and driver needs
- Accurately educate drivers on relevant laws and legislation concerning the topic matter
- Providing exceptional customer service
- Carrying out administrative tasks associated with the program
Requirements
- Completed Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
- Demonstrated minimum twelve-month experience in facilitation in the workplace
- Being a current Safer Drivers Course facilitator would be beneficial but is not essential
- Completed working with children check in accordance with all requirements of the Child Protection (Working with Children) Act 2012
- A Driving History check will be requested prior to the interview stage and must pass NRMA’s Driving History requirements for this position
