About the Role
We have a career opportunity for a Litigation Paralegal who has a thorough knowledge of state, federal and ITC court rules, litigation procedures and discovery processes (including electronic discovery).
Requirements
- 3+ years of litigation experience (patent trial experience preferred)
- Exemplary communication, research and organizational skills.
- The ability to multi-task in a highly demanding, deadline driven environment.
- Strong Excel and database experience required.
- Experience working in a large corporate setting or law firm preferred.
- Comfort working and continuously testing and experimenting with AI tools and evolving technology.
