About the Role

Oatly is seeking a finance professional to partner with global functions, enabling data-driven decision-making by translating financial data into actionable business insights. This role involves performing standard business controller activities, designing, challenging, and influencing financial decisions and the SG&A agenda for all global functions. The position requires leading or participating in initiatives to optimize costs, processes, and systems for increased efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely and act as the financial ‘go-to’ person for senior leaders in Oatly global functions.
  • Challenge and influence decisions and navigate trade-offs, supported by data and clear communication.
  • Lead initiatives to challenge and rethink the SG&A cost structure by analyzing cost drivers, finding efficiencies, and reviewing data and systems.
  • Lead the forecast, budget, and long-term planning processes in alignment with company financial goals and functional strategies.
  • Monitor and support historical performance, providing timely, accurate, and detailed insights.

Requirements

  • BSc degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in financial analysis, reporting, and planning with relevant experience in Finance for Global / Corporate functions.
  • Proven leadership and project management experience in driving complex, global, cross-functional initiatives.
  • Strong ability to challenge and influence key stakeholders using facts and insights and indirect leadership.
  • Ability to communicate and present complex data clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing.
  • Relentless curiosity and acumen to understand how each part of the business operates.
  • Proven analytical skills with ability to manage and navigate complex datasets and financial models.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Fluency in English is required.
