About the Role

Join CAE's Defence & Security training development team as a Multimedia Developer supporting the AIR5428 program. You will create engaging digital learning content for Defence personnel, leveraging leading multimedia technologies to deliver innovative eLearning solutions for complex aviation training environments. This role offers the opportunity to work on advanced Defence aviation platforms and contribute to high-profile national capability programs.

Responsibilities

Create multimedia assets including artwork, illustrations, animations, and video content for Defence training solutions.
Develop and modify interactive digital learning content using industry-leading multimedia development tools.
Collaborate with Instructional Designers, Courseware Developers, and Subject Matter Experts to ensure learning content is engaging, accurate, and instructionally effective.
Support the development of simulation-based graphics and interactive training environments.
Manage competing priorities to deliver multimedia products on schedule and to a high standard.
Contribute to innovation and standardization across Defence training programs and multimedia development activities.

Requirements

Australian Citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain an NV1 Security Clearance.
Minimum 5 years' experience in multimedia development for training environments.
Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop and Illustrator.
Experience using eLearning authoring tools such as Articulate or Lectora.
Working knowledge of HTML5 and xAPI.
Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro or equivalent video editing software.
Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional stakeholders and subject matter experts.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
