About the Role

The CFO&EV team works with clients to tackle issues of importance to the Chief Financial Officer, principally in the development and implementation of new finance operating models, finance organisation strategies, treasury and risk management strategies, and development of new business insight and performance management capabilities. Your analysis, insight and recommendations will enable clients to achieve long-term transformation and growth.

Responsibilities

  • Working on significant Transformation in the CFO Agenda across Finance Strategy, Value Case, Operating model, Process design, Integrated Planning and Forecasting and Global Business Services.

Requirements

  • Proven experience within a top tier consulting firm providing Finance Transformation services for clients.
  • Proven experience in delivering transformation projects to improve Finance functions, including Finance operating models (design to implementation, including Shared Services / Outsourcing), Finance organisation design, Finance process improvement and digitisation (OTC, RTR, PTP, FP&A).
  • Proven history of working successfully with Finance leadership.
  • Prior experience in developing and delivering Finance related solutions across industry sectors in Australia.
  • Ability to manage and solve complex business problems.
  • Knowledge of the Australian Market.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Advisory experience into key Finance digital technologies (e.g. SAP, Oracle, Workday, Anaplan, Onestream etc.).
  • Broad understanding of AI / Generative AI / Agentic and their potential impact on finance processes, with keen interest in emerging trends.
  • Independent working rights for Australia.
