About the Role
Phoenix Mechanical is seeking an experienced Residential HVAC Lead Installer to join their Elmsford, NY team. The role involves leading and executing residential HVAC installations from start to finish. Experienced technicians may be eligible for a sign-on bonus.
Responsibilities
- Perform installation of residential HVAC, including furnaces, boilers, heat pumps, AC units, etc. for residential clients
- Interact with homeowners to educate, build relationships, and understand and address their HVAC concerns
- Develop basic knowledge of residential and mechanical piping and ductwork
- Ensure the HVAC equipment that was installed is clean, safe, and up to high standards before departure
- Safely operate hand tools, power tools, generators, and other equipment as required by the job
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record required
- 3+ years of HVAC experience strongly preferred
