About the Role
We are seeking a Customer Success Manager to drive growth in our Store AI Solution business and expand service adoption by leading upselling and cross-selling efforts with existing customers. This role offers the opportunity to experience the 0 to 1 and 1 to 10 phases of a new business, gain experience in business and service planning, and build customer success expertise within a dynamic, expanding business.
Responsibilities
- Manage customer success operations for large and mid-sized companies that have already implemented AI solutions
- Lead upselling and cross-selling efforts with existing customers
Requirements
- Consistently resolved customer challenges in a corporate sales or customer success role
- Achieved a high level of success in upselling and cross-selling after resolving customer challenges
- Approximately 5 years of experience required
Skills
- Sales and customer success experience in the retail industry
- Experience negotiating with executive-level management at large corporations
- English (Overall - 3 - Advanced)
- Japanese (Overall - 4 - Fluent)
