About the Role
The Lead Kiosk Associate will ensure the smooth operations of temporary kiosks during the holiday season, planning resource needs and supplying kiosk agents responsible for gift certificate sales. Responsibilities
- Train and coach kiosk agents
- Report staffing and daily kiosk operations to the kiosk coordinator and manager
- Assist with managing unexpected events and emergencies, including finding shift coverage
- Assist in managing inventories and orders
- Act as a resource person for kiosk agents, managing complaints and special requests
- Respond to guest needs following established scripts and standards
- Identify problems and propose solutions
- Manage the entire sales cycle, including assisting kiosk agents with daily tasks
- Perform other related tasks
Requirements
- College degree in tourism, hospitality, administration, human resource management, or equivalent experience
- Minimum of one year's experience leading a team
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
- Availability and ability to travel quickly between various kiosk locations
- Excellent MS Office skills and ability to learn new technologies
- Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
- Good sense of organization, planning, and monitoring
- Great professional rigor
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Capacity to work under pressure in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment
- Available from late October to December 31, 2025
