About the Role
The Lead Kiosk Associate will ensure the smooth operations of temporary kiosk locations for the holiday season, planning needs and supplying resources for kiosk agents responsible for gift certificate sales. Responsibilities
- Train and coach kiosk agents
- Report back to kiosk coordinator and manager regarding staffing and daily kiosk operations
- Assist with managing unexpected events and emergencies, including finding shift coverage
- Assist in the management of inventories and orders
- Act as a resource person for kiosk agents, managing complaints and special requests
- Follow established scripts to respond to guest needs in accordance with established standards
- Identify problems and propose solutions
- Manage the entire sales cycle, addressing needs and closing sales
- Assist kiosk agents in the day-to-day performance of their tasks
- Perform other related tasks
Requirements
- College degree in tourism, hospitality, administration, human resource management or other pertinent experience
- Experience in customer service or sales is an asset
- Minimum of one year's experience in leading a team
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
- Available and able to travel quickly between various kiosk locations
- Excellent MS Office skills and adept at learning new technologies
- Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
- Possess good sense of organization, planning and monitoring, as well as great professional rigor
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Capacity to work under pressure in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment
- Be available from late October to December 31, 2025
