About the Role

The Kiosk Associate will operate a temporary kiosk, promoting and selling spa products and services to meet customer needs and sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Inform customers about Thermea Spa Village’s various services and products
• Identify customers' needs while creating sales opportunities
• Assist with the sales and purchase of Thermea gift certificates
• Maintain heavy customer traffic
• Responsible for the opening and closing of the kiosk
• Perform other related duties

Requirements

• High school diploma
• One-year experience in customer service
• Experience in sales
• Demonstrates a high level of aptitude in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint) and is adept at learning new technologies
• Experience with using a POS system
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to handle stress in a fast paced environment
• Versatile, thorough, and autonomous
• Shows initiative
• Punctuality and reliability
• Professional and collaborative attitude
• Ability to work in a standing position for long periods of time
